OPEN TO MEN & WOMEN
The Abegweit Paddlers Club of Prince Edward Island is the first and only, Olympic sprint racing style canoe and kayak club on PEI. This Adult Racing Club is open to men and women who want to spend the summer participating and learning this sport, with an intent on racing. Club members will learn the theory, practical, styles and technique of sprint racing while enjoying the water and outdoors. If members wish to, they can also participate in local Maritime regattas, that the club will be attending, this summer.
The club program will be operating for July and August, monday to friday, 7 PM - 9 PM. Regattas are usually on the weekend. Cost for the adult racing club program is $350.00
